They are friendly, very helpful. They made it very easy to get into a new car. I got a 2011 car for a reasonable monthly payment, with an affordable down payment. I definitely recommend coming here for your car

I went in with bad credit like everyone else, this doesn't mean I want to get screwed. They said I qualified for $442 a month on 3 cars, one of them was a 2005 Pontiac G6. The G6 only Blue Books for $6300 but at their terms of 48 months that makes the car price over $21000! That's over $15000 in interest and mark ups and over 3 times its value! They were also unprofessional and not prepared for me when I arrived. The Key is no better than any other buy here pay here place, they just say they want to help you rebuild your credit, that's B.S. if you go take a big jar of Vasoline.

I came in looking for a new car, but was afraid of rejection due to some past credit problems. Rob was super helpful and friendly; my experience was quick, and I am leaving today with a gorgeous Dodge Charger which is in excellent condition. Exactly what i was looking for! I will recommend Rob & The Key to others in similar situations who are looking for a new car. Great experience, & I am so excited!!

Very poor customer relations!! So i just purchased a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and with all the weather tragedies that occurred in OKLahoma my car was totaled. Of course it was covered in the insurance policy but now i just got informed from The Key that i was a payment pass due and that i had a payment coming up too! This after the car was totaled and after i explained my situation to them. They were careless and informed me that until they had their money from the insurance they needed my biweekly payment or i would be sued!! The worst part is that the process could take up to a month! This is not what they advertise>>CARS.LOANS.LIFE.<< If you are in the market for a vehicle i suggest you to find a different dealership.

Horrible place to buy a car. I was looking for a vehicle, when I said I could to afford their terms, the salesman said, "try it. If you find you can't afford this car, bring it back within 60 days and we will take it back." I brought it back and the same man said,"We are not going to take it back!" I said,"well, I am not taking it home!" And I left it in the parking lot. Now I am being garnished $800 a month for $18,000 and they got the car back!!! Do to buy from these crooks!!

It is a great place to buy a car from. The staff is very friendly and are very helpful, same with the service department! If I have problems, the staff works with me to get them solved. Overall, I have nothing but good to say about my experiences with Key Finance. I will buy all of my vehicles from Key, here on out.

I have had great opportunity from the Key by helping me build my credit and with this kind of interest in helping people, i guess more people will be looking forward for such opportunity. Most people are looking forward for such advantage to make swish in their lives epecially foreigners like myself who have had no idea about credit but that is how it works here in USA. I have liked every thing from the very day Joe called me and it has been great and exceptional. The concern that i have is, how often do the Key report to the credit office for updates and how consistent we are in paying our car loans. So far so good and better.

Go to the Key! They saved my life when I needed a vehicle after my other one died. Very friendly and knowageable staff,and when I had a problem with the vehicle,I was put in a Loaner until mine was fixed. I couldn't ask for more.

They really treat me like I matter. I know that I am paying them for my vehicle, but they always ask me when I come in if the car is still meeting my needs and often times remember my name. That friendliness really goes a long way in today's world!
