Executive Heating and Air

Called Executive Heat and Air to do a complete system switch out. He came, looked at the setup and set a time a few day later to completely replace the system. Everything was completed on time as promised. System worked perfectly and the install was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Eddie was very professional, thorough and installed everything by the book (I sold the house and the home inspector was even impressed)

I had a lot of problems with this company. The first time they came out, a young service man told me the reason one of the vents was blowing hot instaed of cold, was because it was further away from the system. After leaving and charging me for not fixing anything, I did my own research, and found that one of the heat strips was kicking on while the air condition was running. I called the company and shared my frustration. The owner came to the house and charged me another couple hundred dollars to replace two heat strips. I assumed the problem was fixed after he assured me thats why the heatstrips were kicking on. Now summer is here and upon turing the air conditioner on, once again I find that the heat strips are still kicking on. I called them to complain and I still have not heard back from the owner. I am a hard working man with 5 children and hundreds of dollars later, my problem is still not solved. Try cooling a 2,000 sq foot house while the heat and air are running at the same time, it will cost you around $1,000 a month, and will never get under 80 degrees. You will have a better chance fixing your air issues yourself, rather than calling this inexperienced company.

Eddie has been fantastic in repairing and tuning up my old system. For a fraction of the cost of replacing the system, he has made it sing. Never pushy always efficient and very polite. I would recommend him to any friend or family!!! Quite a find.

Very knowledgeable of my old equipment. Recommended a really nice RUUD system for my home that met all my needs and budget. I still got three more bids but all were much higher and was not what I wanted for my home. I had a really good feeling about Eddie, who is the owner, and should have stuck to my gut feeling. They did a awesome job and left my garage cleaner then when they arrived there. I would highly recommend them for any service or replacement anyone might need.
