        The store is great for getting water tested and purchasing supplies. The staff seems fairly knowledgeable and helpful. With that said, I had scheduled them to close my pool about a month ago. Today was the day of the closing. They called this morning and said they could not close my pool and would send me a check back. They did not offer to reschedule or provide suggestions on others to use. They just hung up and left me in the lurch. Very rude.

        I called there at 9:06am Weds Aug 3 the lady I talked to on the phone there was really nice and helpful. I had lots of questions about my intex pool and she spent time talking to me about what to do with my pool. Thanks so much, it's nice to know there are still people out there like you that still have time to help out.
