Charlotte Russe

I had $100 stolen out of my wallet by an employee at this store and I do not recommend shopping here! Her name is Stephanie and has been a manager there for 10 yrs. I am appalled and I can't believe a sales associate would ever do that to a customer! Of course there are no cameras but I did get the police involved and even they think she did it. I was just about to pay and asked the person helping me where the Camis were, I set my wallet down by accident next to my jeans that I was about to purchase on the counter where Stephanie was and was literally gone 30-40 seconds. She was there doing returns and of course she kept disappearing to the back and being really shady about the whole thing. I asked her to stay up front until the police arrived but she wouldn't. I know she was in full panic mode so I warn anyone to not shop at this location!!!

WORST STORE EVER. I asked my boyfriend to step into the fitting room with me to look at my cropped top that I didn't want everyone to see, leaving the curtain half open, and the manager, Chrissy, was shouting at us, telling us that "we are an embarrassment because children were in the store." After she did that for about 5 minutes, I realized she was talking to us and asked her to stop. She proceeded to call us "children." When I tried to check out, they had a girl get off her break and gossiped loudly about us. I asked for the district manager's phone number and they gave me the WRONG NUMBER. When I put in a complaint with customer service, they never called me back.
