Just started renting from Welch Randall at one of their properties in the valley. They have always been very timely and accommodating to any and all maintenance requests and other issues. Can't control what prior tenants did to the unit, but I can have piece of mind that Welch Randall will do all they can to fix anything that comes up as quickly as possible! I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them :-)

Can’t say enough about Tracy the Maintenance Coordinator Extraordinaire! As the owner of a rental property with Welch that is constantly needing repairs, maintenance or updates Tracy is my “go -to” person for any problems that arise. She is fast with making contact, finding contractors and replying to the needs of tenants and myself- always giving her best to find solutions to fix any problems. Always on the ball - goes above and beyond in her efforts for her clients. Her attention to detail in correspondence is always super clear. Tracy’s professional approach to her job leaves me confident having my property and investment in her capable hands whenever issues arise. She is truly a ‘Gem’ at the Welch agency.
