Established in 1980, R&O Construction got its start in the retail industry. The company has since grown to offer a variety of construction services that are offered before construction starts, at the time of construction and after construction is completed. Its pre-construction services include identifying the unique needs of the project; site inspection and evaluation; existing structure inspection and evaluation; scheduling; phasing plans; regulatory investigation; and subcontractor prequalification. Construction services offered consist of safety management, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, demolition, fixturing and installation of specialties. After construction is completed, the company provides as-build documentation, program commissioning, warranty and a one-year walk through. R&O Construction is located in Ogden, Utah.
