The "master blaster" as his coworkers, repeat costomers and friends call him is honest, fair and straight forward. He will tell you how it is with none of the bullshit. I must say that's a good thing in my book. He is real top notch. I have recently learned of a secret way of getting a 10% discount that only repeat costomers and friends know. Mention "Elvis rules" in conversation and he will secretly knock 10% off your final bill. Glad to see he finally got out of the stone age and is not only in the yellow pages anymore.
