        Overall

        Called them out to service the water heater they installed when my house was built 8 years earlier. Softener was not using any salt. They said something was clogged and they unclogged it - sent me a bill for $150 - $100 travel charge from Oelwein to Jesup and $50 labor. Few weeks later, checked the softener, and still the same thing, not using any salt. Didn't call them back - didn't want to spend another $150. They didn't follow up either to see if it was fixed.
