Please don't risk your health! The people in this place are completely incompetent. I called to make sure they were implementing health & safety guidelines and they assured me they were, but I got there and it was all a lie. First of all, the staff there wasn't wearing masks, or had them on over their chins & I had to ask them several times to pull their masks up and wear them properly. The girl that kept coming in during my exam to adjust things an inch away from my face had hers on under her nose. Then I went out to try on glasses and they were letting all these people in without masks, and they were trying on glasses and putting them back. I asked the lady if she cleaned the glasses off and she just shrugged. There were maskless children running around touching everything. We expressed our disgust and concern about this to them and they refused to do anything about it. My daughter liked a pair of glasses there so I just tried to pay for them and leave as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I figured out that Eyemart Express had the same pair for $200 cheaper. The whole thing was a waste of time and money, and on top of that they put my the lives of me and my family in danger.

Set up appointments for my daughter and myself for Tuesday afternoon. For starters, price jumped from 2 pair for $59.95 to $69.95 - and only then if you chose your 2 pair from a selection of 6 to 8 pairs... They could not have glasses ready that day, no problem. They were to have 4 pairs of glasses ready the next day, Wednesday. Late Wednesday afternoon was able to pick up 2 pair. Last two pair of glasses were not ready until after 5:30, the second time I arrived to pick them up on FRIDAY afternoon. On top of that, they spent 25 minutes looking for the glasses because they were mis-placed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible place definitely will not recommend the 2 for 69.99 is a scam the buy one get one free is a scam. With insurance me and my husband got one pair each for 433.00 plus 20.00 for eye exam. And if you don't know this you can not take your prescription to any other place and get glasses, you get your eye exam there you have to buy there.

Worst customer service. Called three times to tell me glashe's are here. Purchased November 28 and still have not received them and received a call this morning g telling me glasses are ready. I have no faith that this is true. Worst experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a total scam.. It says $29 for 2 pair of glasses and a free eye exam. After waiting on the eye exam and spending a good amount of time picking glasses they tell me the total is $485.00!! I reluctantly agreed only because I had so much time invested here. The more I thought about this the more my blood started to boil so I decided to return this a few weeks later and ask for my money back. They said they have to check with corporate but they took my items back anyways and said they will be in touch on when I will be getting my money back.

3 weeks later I still do not have my MONEY and after talking to A.J the "manager" I have ZERO confidence that this will ever be resolved.

This is a WARNING to anyone thinking about doing business here. DONT DO IT

There was no free ���� exam, and they charged us over 200.00 for 2 pairs of glasses, when it states in their add 2 pairs for 70.00 dollars. Very bad business! !
