        We Offer Zumba classes every Sat morning from 9 to 10 am. Classes are very fun and friendly. You will not notice how he hour goes by as you burn up to 1000 calories.         Anna is the best!!!!! She just gets you going. Can't say enough about her enthusiasm and energy. Even when you don't feel well you can't miss Anna's class and when you do go, she makes you feel better. Her choreography is fabulous - she combines the dance moves and the music really well and adds a sense of humor on top of it. You get a great work out with Anna - from your face, which can't stop smiling, down to your toes, which don't stop moving!!!!! FFAABBUULLOOUUSS!! Can't say it enough.... She IS the BEST!!
