We were not impressed and ended up doing the work on our house ourselves.

He seemed very friendly on the phone at first, but most of it was all song and dance

as it seems. The business lacked contact via email and could never get anything more than a voice-mail msg. Not too helpful when I wanted to speak to a 'real' person and couldn't get through. He must have better things to do..
