First off, let me apologize if you have seen this review on another site and believe it to be bogus because you've seen it posted on other sites. It's not, and I have a good reason for why I reposted it.



When I started looking for a tile person (installing) in Ocean Springs, I found numerous listings, but NONE of them had any reviews! I admit, I am an "online" person, and if you're like me, you don't like to hire blind! So, now, I've hired someone, and love their work and I'm trying to post it on the sites I first searched in an attempt to help others like me looking for any guidance.



When I first discovered a horrid, awful smell in my father's one carpeted room, I ran to the internet to find someone fast to remove it! I called about 10 companies listed. Only 1 called me back that day. A second called be back the next day. That was it.



Lucky for me, and my grumpy old redneck father, the one was all we could have asked for and more!



Rob, and his longtime friend, Billy, showed up the next day, ripped out the offending carpet, picked up my order at a local store (later, making sure I was credited for extra not used, without me having to go there myself!) and installed my tile choice perfectly!!!!



Rob made sure my father felt confident in his service and his loyalty to a tough customer, no matter what.



I feel like I got not only the best tile person in Ocean Springs, or the Gulf Coast, but a lifelong friend of the family!



He showed up, he did the work in a timely and beautiful fashion, and we can't say enough about him or his business!
