these reviews are very old. Please, for your sake and your dogs, surf the net for the latest reviews. Many people including myself on 8/11/15, have had bad experiences one way or another. If you don't believe the reviews, believe your nose and eyes. KEEP YOUR PET AND YOUR WALLET AWAY. I posted on BBB as well about our experience. Wish I could give less than one star.

We have boarded our two Italian Greyhounds "Penny and Paulie" there many times and would trust no other kennel. Their private, upscale suites are perfect for our dogs providing the comfort and attention they need!

Our family has boarded our two dogs @ the Dogtel Hotel for many, many years. Our dogs actually run towards the door when we get here because they are so excited to stay! Bugsy & Luke are always well taken care of. The owners & the staff are exceptional. They are very pet friendly & always give our dogs lots of TLC. Don't just trust anyone with your pets - trust them with the Dogtel Hotel. Our many experiences boarding our dogs @ Dogtel Hotel have always been great!
