        This is the worst company for service. I ordered a part for a dresser drawer, paid by check on July 1st. I have spoken to several people over this time including a manager who called me back almost a month ago and was going to keep me updated on tracking down the part. So much for keeping me updated!

        I'm hoping the corporate office is able to view this as I will be putting out other negative messages in hopes that other people will stop buying because of the pathic service I have received. I will also be filing a BBB complaint.

        A business is only as good as the service in addition to a product. Well, I have seen the worst service in my life with Rooms to Go.
