        Dear Mr. Duncan.

        I just wanted to take a moment of your time to let you know how happy I am with the quality of service your staff gave while installing a new a/c unit (handler, thermostat, duct work, gas heater, filter, etc.) last week.

        I was surprised to see so many guys show up.

        All of them were extremely courteous and very professional (along with a great sense of humor even while they worked outside in the extreme heat of the day).

        The team work was tight… they moved together like a well choreographed dance.

        Besides having the entire house up and running in just one day, they cleaned up the areas that they worked in so well that no one would have known that they were there.

        (Actually, the areas were cleaner than when they arrived!)

        Bravo for having great products and excellent service!
