200 One Hour Cleaners

This is the worst place ever...don't take your clothes there to get any kind of alterations done. They can't even do a simple hem on pants. The first time i took my $98.00 jeans there, and the cut my jeans to short and covered it up by adding the bottom part they cut off and sewed it back on. This time they charged $35.00 to hem 3 pair of palazzo pants, the problem was they only hemmed one pair. Now they want to charge me again to hem the other two pair of pants. They are crooks.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They ruined my husbands pants and took NO responsibility. No apology, nothing. Instead the owner YELLED at me (a grown man yelling at a 23 year old woman) and told me it was NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY.

Do not take anything there!!!!! These people are dishonest, especially the lady who works there, I took a leather jacket for a simple alteration back in January and I have not got it back. Every time I go there this lady tells me that it will be done next week, and it has been four months already and I still do not have my jacket back. My next step will be to file a complaint with the Marion County Sheriff Office.
