We had the misfortune of a fire in our living room that sent smoke and soot through out the house. I called Custom Cleaning Services at the recommendation of a neighbor. I spoke to Todd and told him my situation he came out the same day. I can't say enough about his professionalism. I was particularly pleased with his knowledge and respect for my home and furnishings. He covered his feet, he took pictures and he advised me on the procedure should I hire him. That same day he emailed me a detailed estimate including the pictures that I could send to my insurance company. The pictures were incredible. I was so impressed I hired Todd to do the work. Not only was the quality of work superior but he finish the job ahead of schedule. I would like to also mention that the people who work for him treated my antiques and fragile items with great respect as Todd had assured me they would. I highly recommend
