Paddock Cleaners

Folks, stay away from Paddock Cleaners. First, they charge too much. More important, their service is poor. I had a suit cleaned in October and just yesterday wore it for the first time since the cleaning. The cleaning job was terrible. I took the coat in for re-cleaning. The manager looked up the cleaning and indeed saw they cleaned the suit in October. Given two months had passed, they said they would not honor a re-cleaning. I said I just wore it for the first time. The manager laughed and said no. Is this the service one would hope from from a local business? Nope. Anyway, I picked up some shirts and low and behold...guess what? -- creased bad with a few spots that were not cleaned. So I called and asked for a refund as I was not going to take the shirts back to this LOW LIFE CLEANERS. The lady said that I had to check the shirts at the store prior to leaving the premises. Just how many people do this? No one.

Anyway ... Folks there are myriad other cleaners in the area that have better customer service, cost less and perform a higher quality service. Paddock Cleaners is a disgrace to the Oakton small business community!

Read the reviews for Paddock Cleaners. They're terrible. 90 percent of reviews show poor service, TERRIBLE interface (customer service) with customers, and simply bad business practices. Go too Yelp...scored a 1 which is the lowest possible score. Stay away!
