China Clover Inc

Each week I have the pleasure of ordering a meal from China Clover. Whether I choose General Tso’s and white rice, or Chicken wings and Spicy fried rice I am always satisfied and delighted. Coming from Camden I am used to ordering from the many Chinese restaurants in the city. Each time the food is disappointing and inconsistent, not to mention the occasional concerns about sanitation. However, I was overcome with delight when I stumbled into China Clover. The environment was clean and friendly. The usual proliferation of graffitied walls, shady figures, and dirty plexiglass was nowhere to be found. The employees were friendly and spoke with professionalism and courteousness. While that might be common in Chinese restaurants in Cherry hill, and Maple Shade, it was refreshing to have that experience so close to home. Every time I order from China Clover the food is prepared timely and with respect. It cannot be said that the food looked ill prepared or thrown in the platter like it was rushed. It was prepared professionally and much to my satisfaction. Having rice that was fresh and chicken cooked in clean oil was gratifying. I have never had any issues with my food, so I gladly leave a tip every time. Not only is the experience a wonderful and welcome change to the quality I normally expect from similar restaurants but the additional things they sell are great. Not only can you get the typical candy and soda additions but they also offer fresh teas, lemonades, and cut fruit. If that is not enough you can also get ice cream, soft pretzels, and funnel cake! I love this place and would recommend everyone give it a try!

Everything is over cooked to the point of being dry and tuff. very disappointing....better elsewhere

Went there after a long day out, figured my family would give it a try. Never again. We waited way too long for our food. When we got home, the food was bland, the rice was too dry, and I know obviously that it is a Chinese place but who puts spicy Chinese mustard on a burger for a 5 year old? Obviously they knew it was for him, he told them what he wanted. Who seriously thinks that a young child wants something that spicy?!
