I had a refrigerator problem on a weekend they came out the same day and repaired it. it's good to see that they are still reliable and hones companies out there I would recommend them and use them again thank you JT

There was not an option for no stars so I put one, but don't bother calling. I waited all afternoon on a Friday and received a call at the end of the day that the worker was hung up but he would come out Saturday and not charge me emergency. He never showed up Saturday and when I called they didn't even have me on list. The owner suggested I call somebody else-not a great way to build clientele. He should have bent over backwards to make sure his new customer was satisfied.

Just in case you like to read reviews and check out a company before you try them. I called JT Appliance Repair Serv. and they came to my house the same day I called them. They did not charge me an arm and a leg to repair my washing machine (I broke 3 parts on my machine). Technicians are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they did not take long to fix my washing machine. I would definitely called them back again for all my appliance repair.

Even over the phone they were very helpful. and saved me money. Thats why weeks later when another appliance of mine went down I called them again and they came out the same day and had my washer up and running!!!

Top Notch service, friendly, and affordable. They were on time. I would recommend them to my friends and family!
