        Customer service is TERRIBLE!! Rude and they act like they really don't have time to attend to your needs. I've STOPPED going for this reason. WHY should anyone spend money here, when they treat you this way?!?

        Customer service and appreciation is not a priority with this establishment. After witnessing and experiencing very nasty attitudes from the servers at Motor City Soul Food, I will never spend another dime there. They don't seem to care that a customer's buying power is the basis of their financial success. If more people walk out like I did, maybe they will hire people who know how to treat their customers. Or end up out of business. I'd rather drive a little further to Beans and Cornbread. You don't have to speak in a hole and they know how to say "hello" and "thank you".

        Terrible service

        I was in this location yesterday ordered a carry out turkey dinner got there to pick it up wasn't ready ok no big deal so I asked the lady who looks like manager well can you make it up She proceeds to walk in the back room and mader stand there while everyone else got waited on so I finally got back in line c'mon I've never been so upset it's sad because I really loved the food Annoyed customer
