        So rude! I just called this place with a question that would have only taken one minute to answer and they put me on hold for over ten minutes! Tired of waiting, I hang up, wait a few minutes and call back. Another woman picks up and I explain to her that I was just on hold for an unreasonable time and just have a question and the girl ignores me completely and puts me on hold again!! People on the phone are customers too!! Because of this incident they ve lost my business entirely.
