Oak Park Dentistry For Children

I would like to express my appreciation for this office and especially the Office Manager Sue Hicks. She handled my situation with the utmost care and sensitivity. If you would like a dental office that cares about your child as an individual then this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

I had a billing issue which was really tough to resolve. I found the staff there, and especially Amy, to be wonderfully helpful and professional. Kudos to the staff.

This is really quite an amazing office. They really cater to children with everything from toys & stickers to movie viewing while getting treated. Makes me want to be a child. My dentist office isn't this fun.

My children have been visiting this office for the past 11 years and we have had outstanding service at every visit. All the employees are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this office for your children.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From your first entry at the door, to the checkout and goodbye I found every detail to be excellent. They have a special talent for small children and have many resources for helping children feel comfortable and secure. I have seen many of the dentists in the office over the years and have the utmost confidence in them and their remarkable staff.

My children have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Oak Park Dentistry for Children. The Doctors and Staff are the very best at what they do. The entire team is professional, courteous, and kind. I can' say enough about this wonderful office.

I work with a mother who recently brought her child to this office for just a check up. They called my co-worker at our office, in which she placed on speaker phone as we normally do here to multi-task. They were very hostile and unprofessional, and were very quick in doing it. This was all over insurance information, and they already had a copy of the card. They were asking questions, that only her spouse (the card holder of the insurance) could have answered. She gave them their human resource, his number, to no avail. It was quite apparent that if our co-worker was the card holder, she would have been able to answer their questions eagerly. OUR CONCERN WAS that this is a Dental Office with all open area, ALL CHILDREN in the office!!!! I don't know if they were expecting her to stop her job to do their job, BUT THIS WAS ALL IN FRONT OF CHILDREN. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MY CHILD OR YOUR CHILD THERE. The manager at this office sounded very unprofessional to our co-worker, and sadly the children running around at this Dentist office. Most of us have lived in the Oak Park area since 1990's. And no, she did not call her back to say an apology, but the good news, her child had no cavities.
