        Overall

        I contacted AR-BE on the recommendation from my previous installer who had just retired. I called and the very nice lady who answered the phone was able to get someone out same day.
        David, the owner, is the guy who came out to fix my garage door opener. He was absolutely awesome!! I just can't say enough about how happy I was to have met him and to have him be the one to fix my opener.
        I called this afternoon and he was able to come out about an hour later. He was on time and very nice, friendly, and professional. I explained my issue to him and he knew exactly what was wrong. He said "you're not gonna believe how easy this is, when you see what it is".
        With the turn of a screwdriver, some WD-40...he was done!! Thats it!
        He was at my house for about 10 minutes AND didn't even charge me!! I cannot tell you how grateful and appreciative I am for that. I can see now WHY they've been in business for as long is they have been.
        I can honestly say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and I will definitely do business with them again.
