I need to get a Birthday package to my granddaughter by Saturday 5/29 so I went to Pony express....they told me no worries that it would be there by Saturday.....PROMISED me......So Saturday comes and NO PACKAGE...so I'm calling FedEx to find out where it is.....it wont be delivered till WEDNESDAY.So I have to call and let my 4yr.old granddaughter know that her birthday outfit wont be there in time for her Birthday and her special made cake toppers for my little pony Birthday cake...and her tiara...needless to say Being her grandmother I was very disappointed...and very crushed to be let down by a local company....oh by that's not all....Yes I was upset when I walked in to Pony Express to talk to the one who PROMISED me that this wasn't going to happen. As I am waiting in line as she is waiting on others you can tell she has an attitude already...My turn...well needless to say it wasn't a good experience.I will never use PONYEXPRESS again...
