Better Off Road

If I could give it no stars I would. Brought my truck there because this is the only place in oak harbor that deals with anything aftermarket. Out of 4 things they have done to my truck they have only gotten 1 thing done right. Well I mean how hard is it to bolt on a set of shocks. The last time was the final straw for me. They ruined my O2 sensor and stripped it so in order for me to remove it I will have to replace that section of pipe as well as purchase an O2 sensor. Didn't offer to even install a new one for me, I was willing to go buy a new one and would have been happy if they offered to cover labor (about 3 minutes to screw a new one in) since last time I had them work on my exhaust down there they made plenty of unnecessary holes for my wideband gauge. I would never ever ever go back to this place. They play dumb and don't know how to treat customers when an issue arises.

This is the shop we were looking for to handle our 4x4 needs. We're so tired of "rim and tire" stores and staff who don't have time four you that we were hesitant to go in, but I certainly am glad we did. My wife and I had all our questions answered by their quick, friendly, and knowledgable staff. They took the time to explain and make suggestions to improve our 4x4's performance. They have all kinds of parts and accessories stocked; everything from lightbulbs to bumpers, exhaust to suspension links. They've got the tools and experience to get the job done. I'll defintely go back and let them do the hard stuff.
