Floors N' More

During the Spring of 2009, Floors N' More installed slate tile over my existing concrete front doorstep. They also installed two wooden pillars and an Andersen storm door at the same address. This project cost me over $800.

By the end of the Winter (2010), the tiles were pulling away from the concrete base and the storm door was showing evidence of poor installation as it no longer fit neatly into the door jam.

I called Rob @ Floors N' More and explained to him the situation. He agreed to come out to the house and honor his installation guarantee. Rob never returned to repair his work.

Fortunately, I was able to find someone who repaired the storm door. I also deternined that Rob used the wrong adhesive to place the slate tile. He used mastic rather than a mortar mix. Needless to say, his unprofessionalism and poor workmanship are costing me time and money.

He will never receive a referral from me. He does not deserve one star.

I plan to take him to small claims court. This situation must be rectified.
