Super 8 by Wyndham O'Fallon MO/St. Louis Area

DO NOT STAY HERE! They advertise that they have handicapped rooms - the DO NOT. Sign in front even says Handicapped Rooms Located on the First Floor. They do not have any. I booked for my mother and had the room next door. She could BARELY get into the bathroom. The rooms were dirty before we got it. The bathroom floors look like they cleaned just the center as there was built dirt along the walls. While we were out, they only made up the beds and emptied the trash cans. The shower were not clean; paper from the soap was left lying in the shower. The bed spread smelled - who knows how long since they have cleaned! This hotel is in the top 2 worst stays ever!

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Your kid can actually get frostbite from their outdated mini-fridges. It happened to us. Desk clerk took 15 minutes to respond to another customer and my wife's calls towards the back. Breakfast was horrible, Pool is over chlorinated. You can hear through the walls. And management when you try calling up to let them know that children can get stuck to the mini-fridge, so they might want to upgrade their old equipment will give you a free lecture on how to be a parent (We were in the room and it's a mini-fridge) and will tell you that you should have called 911 and waited for the likely 15 minutes before help arrives. We called up to let her know that we weren't suing, we didn't want money, but this could happen to another kid and they might want to do something about it. We got yelled at. Their management is horrible. Don't book there unless you also have a room at an ER.
