Overall

Horrible customer service and business ethics!!! After calling to confirm the availability of a vehicle and making an appointment for the next morning to see the vehicle they sold it our from under us. I explained to the woman on the phone, Leslie, that we lived an hour and a half away so we didn't want to travel to see a vehicle that was already sold. She assured me that it would be there when we arrived at 930 the next morning. The dealership opened at 9 and the vehicle was sold before we got there. No call to let us know another person was interested and they did nothing to help make the situation better for us. The manager told my husband that the apointment didn't mean anything even though the sales woman who made the appointment told me that the work off appointments first. In my opinion they are the epitome of unprofessional. Typical slimy car sales people.

Overall

After trying to sell our 2010 Honda Accord privately to replace with a mini van for over 3 months. Finally went to Frank Leta Honda and met with Jeramiah Conley. We got traded in our 2010 accord with a 2009 odyssey EXL. We were amazed what Jeramiah offered us and also took care off all the paper work and process in no time in getting the vehicles swapped. We are very happy with our new car and appreciate what we got from Frank Leta Honda. Its true no one can beat Leta !

I absolutely love Frank Leta Honda. Everyone there was very professional and made my buying experience wonderful. My salesman Thomas McMahon was outstanding and very knowledgeble.

Excellent customer service. Jason was very friendly and very professional. There was no pressure but he provided us with so much information about the civic which we were considering. We were considering a toyota as well but after the test drive and the information Jason provided to us about the 2013 civic we were sold. Jason was very down to earth with a no pressure approach. My husband and I were very appreciative of the how Jason worked with us. We would be happy to work with him in the future if we need to buy another car.

My husband decided to surprise me for my birthday with a brand new truck. We arrived at Frank Leta Honda and we were met by Jason Groeller, who proceeded to take us through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences.

It’s all too common to run into obnoxious car salesman who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible.
