My stars are for Customer Service.
Shop with caution. The sales people are very pleasant while you are deciding. Once the papers are signed they disappear into the woodwork. Delivery was "slam bam thank you man". Furniture was not fully assembled which required a service call. The request was submitted and lost. A week later the request was resubmitted and scheduled 10 days later.
While the furniture is good, I think one can do better if money is an issue.
I would not buy from them again.

Visiting this store is horrible. It is so obvious that the sales associates work on commission! When you first walk it you can almost see them racing to see who will get to you first. They're very over powering and won't leave you alone.

Horrible website for viewing furniture. I am shopping for a dining room set. Pics are so small you have to click on everyone one to view it in a bigger pop up. Too time consuming. Moving on to another store's site.
