Outpatient Services of St Elizabeth's Hospital

Very disappointed with the care I received today. The np in which I saw was VERY rude and un compassionate. In fact, my pharmacist had to call her about a script she prescribed for me and she treated him disrespectful and unprofessional.

This person, the np, has no business in the medical field......maybe a fast food employee might be more appropriate for her.

Once our new hospitals open, in OFallon, I will not seek medical care from urgicare again.....and I will be sure to share my experience with all my hundreds of friends.

My husband went for a severe double ear infection. Barely functional because of the amount of pain he was in. He requested a pain killer to get some relief and was then immediately treated as a drug seeker. Called there to complain, was passed around to different people before I was hung up on. Called back and was transferred to the nurse managers voice mail. No call back. Never again.

I went through here, and it was a few years back, and was having shortness of breath. After getting in and waiting almost an hour, got to see the dr, and was told that they would not be able to see me, because this is a "limited care facility". So we went elsewhere. Then, they billed me for not being able to see me. This place SUCKS!!!!!!! I wouldn't go back here if I had a slight cut or cough. St Elizabeth's in general is horrid... That night, ended up going out to St Joseph's hospital in Breese. It was a little farther of a drive, and no waiting in the ER, unlike the two Belleville hospitals.
