        Overall

        Called them in the afternoon and left a message. Bill called me back that evening and left a message with his cell phone number for me to call him directly. The next morning he called me again to make arrangements for me to pick up my load that morning. I had my sod at my site three hours after it was cut and water going on it that afternoon. Couldn't have went smoother. I'll definitely use them again.

        Overall

        Had an appointment to deliver 5,145 square feet of sod this morning. No call no show. Called Mr. Bernreuter thirty minutes after the agreed time of delivery. He told me he "forgot." Told me he had no idea when he could get me the sod. I found him to be completely aloof and unprofessional. Cannot believe people like this exist in business. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!
