My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Duncan’s for many years. Office visits are always a pleasure. There is little waiting, patients are seen on schedule. The office and staff are very pleasant. Dr. Duncan takes gentle care of her patients current issues especially if they are in pain.
Soft touch/pressure point treatments is very effective, and very much less stressful than normal chiropractic treatments. When we cross the parking lot after a treatment you find muscles you never knew you had, complaining about having been forced back to their correct position Yes it does work.

Terrible customer service, will tell you that everything is squared away with your insurance company and then months later will send you a bill. When trying to get everything sorted out with your insurance company and being in contact with the office on the billing, they tell you what you want to hear and still send it to collections! Horrible horrible experience and definitely not a chiropractor I'd ever recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

This is not your grandmother's chiropractor. Always respects your time - you rarely if never have to wait, bends over backwards to respond to any 'emergency' appointments (and you know we've all had them), Beyond the exceptional care for her patients, Dr. Kathy regularly tends to her community.

For several months, I was suffering from numbness and burning sensation on the right side of my neck, ear, nose and face.
