Mai-Kai Cleaners

i just went there because my cat got sick on my sweater and Helen was ok at first and I told her my cat got sick on it . Helen said they will not clean vomit which I can understand. I asked her if maikai had a website and she did not know and she did not know the main office number.

Then as I was leaving she flipped me the bird through the window.

Awful.. I wanted to give it no stars but it wont let me. Went in a couple weeks ago and dropped of a bunch of shirts. When I picked them up I noticed one of my shirts on both sleeves had tears in them. Almost looked like the shirt was burned. I was told that management would look at it and call me on my cell phone in a day or two. Over a week later I finally decided to go speak with the manager since I had not gotten a call. The manager told me they are not responsible. The shirt was worn out at the elbows and that is what caused it. The shirt is a couple of months old and has been worn maybe 5 times. I wouldnt take anything that is important to you. Drive the extra mile to deal with people who care.... I know i will.
