I went for a pedicare with my girlfriend. It was my first time every being at Luv. I even mention that when I came in. My service was horrible!! I will never go back! I hardly ever get a pedi done so I was so looking forward to it. I paid for 45mins. and I was not even there for 45mins. let a lone received any type of service for that period of time. When I went to pay and was asked how my service was. I let them know that I was not happy at all. There were ladies at the cash register, one said to give a discount, but the one that ring me up did not give me a discount at all. I just left I was very upset and before I would make anything else of this I just left. If there were a minus star to click that would be my choice. I will never go back EVER again. GO somewhere else save your money!!!!!!

Went in to get pampered with a $42 pedi!! I was highly impressed with the beautiful gold bowls, and massage chair !!!! My girl did a full pedi with a wonderful lemon scrub by Opi up toy knee caps !!! Wow. Then came the hot oil massage what seemed 20 minutes (awesome ). Also to the knees then hot towel wrap to knees !!!! It was fab!!! I left feeling so relaxed. And for the piece it's worth it ladies!!!! I love. Lov.

Awful!!! I went for the first time 3 weeks ago on a Saturday, Sunday when I woke up, 1/3 of my thumb nail OPI Gel polish was gone and the polish was so far from my cuticle, it looked like my nails had been done a week ago, not 1 day ago!!!
Went bk to the shop to show them my nails, they quickly said that they would comp my next visit. Came back the following Saturday and my nails were so thick I couldn't pick things up, put on my jewelry, etc...
I will NOT go back!!

I got mt nails done by a tech named ivy...never again!she answered her personal phone while doing my nails and its only been a day and my acrylics are popping off. I paid 43 dollars for THIS?! Come on....

Wow! There are some seriously slanderous comments here! I have been a regular at this salon since they opened! I have always had great service and been greeted promptly. However, I do feel that things do not run AS smoothly now that Luv had to eliminate their front desk, but that is my only complaint and it is directed towards the corporate office. These girls work hard enough giving the clients stellar nail services and the fact that the techs are expected to step away from guests to do a job that should be handled by a receptionist (which they used to have full-time!) is unreal. I must give KUDOS to the techs at Luv. They are very talented, educated, and friendly. BRING BACK FRONT DESK HELP FOR THESE GIRLS!

This place is horrible the manicurists complain the whole time, walk ins are turned away with nothing but a shrug despite their huge sign saying walk ins welcome and worst of all the manicurists don't know what they are doing. The first time I went my manicure was ok and pretty cheap despite having to listen to the non stop complaining about how short staffed they are so I went back for a pedicure. I made an appointment but when I got there I wasn't in the book. They took me anyway but I was told they don't usually take walk ins. Maybe they should take the sign down. Pedicure was horrible. She didn't clip my nails or do anything with my cuticles. When my polish smudged she tried to fix it by putting more polish on top. When that didn't work she offered to redo them by that time I had already been there over an hour and needed to leave. $40 later I still have to do my toes myself. What a waste of money. Do not go here.

I have tried this location twice and will never go back! The first time I had to wait for 30 minutes past my appointment time and the manicure was only okay. This last time was the worst manicure I have ever had! First, she didn't remove all of my shellac polish and throughout she kept trying to file it off which made my nails very thin, then she pushed back my cuticles without using any cuticle cream, she shaped my nails but left the corners so sharp that I had to file them myself at home, she did not evenly coat my nails with the polish and she barely used any clear coat - and the whole thing took her over an hour! It's only been a few days and multiple nails are already chipped. This place is not worth the time or the money.

I'm glad to see an American owned and operated salon open up in this area! I've been here 3 times and the service is always fantastic. The staff is friendly, the salon is very clean, and it's such a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Do not bother! This was the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever had! The salon was new and clean but the nail tech that I had was TERRIBLE! She painted my nails with globs of polish to the point where it was bubbled up. She didn't even cover my entire nail with as much polish as she used. She also missed the top coat on 2 of my nails and when I asked her about it, she said she painted it. But those 2 nails are still dull and I figured I had already lost that battle. I hate to be a complainer because I am generally easy to please, but I had to write a review to make sure you don't waste your time with this salon or Jennifer the nail tech.

HORRIBLE service. waited 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment. nail tech had an attitude because she had to stay late. HORRIBLE manicure. didn't last past the following day. called corporate offices, gave me number of person to contact. called twice and still waiting for answer. not worth the savings from regular salon. only gave it one star because i have to. they must not care about or want the repeat business because with the lowest level of service no one their right mind would ever go back.

The staff were very disorganized and short tempered; they were scrambling to get it together...it seemed no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. We should have left at that moment, but hindsight is always 20/20.
They had us sign in on the computer, but couldn't figure out who we were- even though we made an appointment days in advance;
I watched as they took someone back, started soaking her feet, realized they took the wrong person, then made her get out of that chair to sit the correct person; I couldn't understand why they did that because there were half a dozen other empty chairs.
I observed the staff being rude to one another.
The salon was dirty, there were nail clippings and shavings on the floors and stations.
The manicure/pedicure took 2 1/2 hours and the tub I was soaking my feet in was broken (no jets). I also overheard another employee saying, "Here's another broken one." My stylist said that I would receive a discount for the broken chair, but the girl at the front desk forgot and tried to charge me full price, which was way to expensive for the service we received.
I feel lack of communication and inexperience are major problems with this salon; not to mention maintenance.
Now keep in mind, one of the stylists told us this salon just opened in March of 2013; and they already have all these troubles. Where's management?
I think you can go to a nice salon and pay the same amount and get fabulous customer service.

Dont' Go There!!!! I was so disappointed in this salon. I had been looking for a nice American salon to go to, and had hoped this would be it. I had tried 3 times in the past to come in (walk in) and no one was available to do my nails. Although there was no one in the salon at the time. It seems that I needed to make an appointment for acrylics. I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m.. When I arrived, the girl wasn't even there yet. I had to wait 15 minutes. I was hoping for a decent acrylic job, but what I got was the worst nails I have ever had. They look terrible! I think I could have done a better job myself and I don't even know how to do them. My nails are bumpy and you can tell she didn't even smooth out the entire nail, and not a very good polish job either. She did a horrible job filing them, shape was okay, but the entire top of my nail wasn't filed much at all. I was then charged an additional $5.00 to have them cut down. They were only filed down from only 2 weeks of growth. It would seem that filing and shaping your nails would be included in the cost of the acrylic fill. I don't mind paying more for a good decent acrylic job, but what I got for my $29.00 was a waste of time. I now have to have them redone, they are that bad. I should have known that this was not going to be good when the girl that did my nails told me that she hates doing acrylics! Nice thing to say to a client. I know that she probably does not represent every tech at this salon. I would love for the owner of this salon to see the quality of work from the salon.
