Best Buy

Horrible experience at their White Marsh, MD 21236 location. I seriously vow to NEVER shop at best buy again strictly because of their rep Mandy. Im so livid I plan to leave this review everywhere I can, I had such a horrible experience with Mandy that I had to cancel my order for a fitbit HR. I had already purchased the fitbit online and chose to pick it up in store, when I arrived at the store to pick it up she was so rude to me I told her to cancel it and not to treat people so horribly. Mandy was argumentative, demanding, pushy, totally unwilling to help or assist. Because of her attitude alone I canceled my order and will shop elsewhere. If this is who best buy is hiring to represent their company, they will surely start losing many many sales. I have been a long time best buy rewards member and have spent tens of thousands over the years and because of Mandy I will not spend another penny at best buy and will also be canceling my credit card with them.
