Glass America

My insurance company said this was a top rated repair shop for windshields. They put the claim in yesterday am, said that glass americas computer was down and that they would call me back. Never did. I called again at 5:30 last night & their answering service took the message. Still waiting on a call back, I called my insurance company today who after several long hold times they said that glass america called me and told me that the windshield was on backorder. They don't follow through and then lie to the referring insurance company- they don't get my business.
