        Based in Norwalk, Calif., Southland comprises assisted living, skilled nursing facility and a kindergarten school. Its continuum of care provides services to residents with physical and mental problems. The center offers a variety of nursing services, including intravenous therapy, wound care, enteral feeding and restorative nursing programs, individualized care plans and hospice care services. It also offers specialized programs for individual needs of each resident, such as therapeutic diets, social services, discharge planning, and housekeeping services.
