THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! My first ever review THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS but since i have too...i would never recomend this salon to anyone! My appointment was at 8am the owner (estella) was 15 min late, i showed her a picture of a hair up do a week prior and the same day. It took her 2 hrs to make me look like i just rolled out of bed with curls, i could of done in 30 minutes myself. I was in shock and very patient I let her know that i didnt like it she tried to "fix" it then tried teasing it. I was very emotional becuase i wasted my time there and still had to do my makeup for my sisters wedding. ugh she moved me to another hair stylest to get it fixed, i still had to wait for her. I wanted to leave but i stayed she was charging me 35 so might as well get it finished another hr later i looked like a little girl going to my first comunion! she tried charging $70 for everything ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! I REFUSED TO PAY ANYHTING OVER $35! She tried to call security i marched to security and wrote a report on her....security also thought she was being ridiculous and told me to enjoy my day..... i had to pay another lady to fix my hair which she saved my hair and makeup in less than 40 minutes... i wasnt able to see my sister get ready and help her on her special day and i was 30 minutes late to the alter which i was MAID OF HONOR..i will never step foot into that place again she needs to get her license taken away or atleast admit that she couldnt of done it instead of wasteing my time and money.... enough said
