Amato Bread

The bread at Amato's is the best in Bergen County anywhere. The Italian bread has a soft center and nice crust but not the kind that will break your tooth who you bite it! My family all love their bread. The Mozzarella is absolutely delicious too. Being Italian myself, I never buy things like chicken cutlets or eggplant cutlets, HOWEVER after trying Amato's I do not make them anymore myself. Truth, they are as good as my own!!!!! I decided after years of opening hours making cutlets for family meals, now I let Amato's do it because they are THE BEST every single time. I am making my own lasagna for Christmas, but I bought my eggplant part from them, less work for me and my family will be very happy.
