One of the greatest places to get great quality advice and service. The staff know their stuff and will select the appropriate materials and products for all your modelling needs. You cannot beat them for selections of planes, boats, trucks as well as trains and models. So great to have a brick and mortar store where we can go for years of expertise. Thoroughly recommended.

I do not get the negative post from the last poster. I visited yesterday to check out the store and buy some paints for my model tanks.
The old guy behind the counter was engaged with few Hispanic men about some parts they needed for an RC car. They did not speak fluent English but the whole transaction was smooth without any issues.
I spent about 5 min looking at the selection they had for paints and a guy approached me to ask if there was anything he can help with. He was very kind and helpful.
I am non white.
Reasonable prices on spray cans and Tamiya paints.

I can not believe that racism still exsists! My family and I walked into the hobby center today to buy some products and I experienced for the first time in a long time - no services - because we weren't all white. We waited and waited for anybody to help us and there were 3 employees behind the counter that clearly saw us waiting and chose to not help us. I think it's time for a boycott!!! Racism is against the law! Not to mention the money you did NOT make today because of your personal hang ups....Maybe you should move your store where only your kind exsist...I'm not saying where only white people exsist - I mean where 'ignorance' lives. From one white person to another - you are WRONG and it makes me sad, very very sad to think that I am of the same race. To other nationalities that have experienced the same as me and my family - Please know that not all white people think like this!!! My hope is one day all ignorance will be overcomed with real love...my hope is in God! He will take care of all this in His time! - the only reason I gave this store 1 star is because I can not save my review without it.

The shop is very well organized. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall pleased with my trip there.
