Fantazy Audio

Today I experienced outstanding customer service and support by Fantazy Audio.
For months I had my car radio constantly reboot: power on /off. -Sony XAV AX100
After searching on the web for months I did not find the specific answer to resolve the constant reboot of my car radio.

The radio is about 4 years old. At that time when I bought it, I had Fantazy Audio install it.

I was hesitant about going to the shop as it presented an undesirable opportunity to invest in a new car radio.

I made an appointment with Fantasy Audio. On the day of the appointment I met with Dave; Sales Mgr. I explained my issue/details he needed to get familiar with radio issue.

Dave immediately had a solution before digging into the car to test/remove/replace/redo connect the cables they installed including the retest of the car radio. This was a very simple solution that is very well known to todays devices that I had not tried.

The Sony XAV AX100 has a reset bottom on the lower left corner of the radio faceplate. This option is used to resync the radio and at times when you are going use a different phone with this car radio that fails to pair/connect.

It Works!! The reboot of the car radio resolved the constant reboot; power on/off thereafter.

Fantazy Audio is a business of high integrity and of honest hard working people.
This type of character in a business is hard to come by these days.
