        What a rip off!

        Tech came out to perform a furnace tune up and troubleshoot a short cycling furnace. Tried to sell us a new furnace that we did not need!! If tech had performed tune-up correctly it would have fixed the short cycling problem. This was verified by both the Green Tree manager and the technician from another comapny. Called and spoke with manager. Said he would send another tech out to re-evaluate furnace and refund $59 I paid for tune-up as well as $110 I had to pay another company to correct Green Tree's oversight. Manager blew me off several times, and finally, after a whole month, a tech finaly showed up with $60 cash and asked if I wanted him to look at the furnace again or if I just wanted the money. I said forget it, just give me the cash and let's be done with it. While I did get back the $59 I paid for the tune-up, I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the whole experience and I never got the other $110. This was the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with and would not reccomend them to anyone!
