Big O Tires

I was treated with respect and honesty. Jon took care of a very big problem that another store created even though it wasn't his fault nor was he responsible to fix it!
My family and friends will be using Jon and this Big O Tire location when ever we need tires !

I went to a weatherization clinic through the crossroads church and found out I not only needed brakes but tie rods not being able to afford it Mark told me to get an estimate then they called me that they we're going to fix it for me I can't say how much I appreciate what they have done for me there's some really great guys working here & Jon kept me informed of every step thank you so much for everything

Ever since I got my 2005 Jeep Liberty, I have brought it into this Big O Tires on a recommendation from both my uncle and my mother and they have been fantastic. The owner, Mark, is always nice and accomodating and they always take care of my car and me. When I needed new tires, they recommended the cheapest kind instead of pushing the "best brand" on me as the dealership and other tire shops did.



Recently, I've had problems with my O2 sensors and they have been checking and re-checking at no cost to me and fixing what they can and working with me to get it right. Mark offered a free oil change for the inconvenience when, for my personally, there was none as I was just as perplexed as they were.



Great shop, great people, always nice and always take care of you here. Definitely recommended.

I have been going to Big O Tires since 2004. Never had a bad experience. Mark has always taken care of me. New tires, alignments, tire rotation, oil changes, air filters, brakes, intake manifold, batteries, you name it seems like they have done it. I feel like I can really trust them, it isn't a "hey you need to replace this" everytime I go in. When they do tell me it is time to replace it, I believe them. They have even given me a loaner car for the day when it was going to be a large project.

I have had the opportunity to do daily business with Mark Spiewak at Big O on 120th and Washington for over a year so far as the General Manager of a nearby body shop. Mark and his team in the office as well as his tech team in the back have had a huge positive impact on our business as a vendor that we have been able to trust to consistently deliver a quality product in a predictable time frame. I'd be remiss not to mention that on several occasions that as a professional, I took vehicles back after a diagnosis and verified with other local resources, the prices and extent of repairs were consistent . The greatest comfort proved to be Mark's team's diligent work with "MY" customer's satisfaction in mind.

The attention to detail that made my test drives a breeze and my customers happy has proven priceless.
