DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! We have had Kulas every other week for several years. We were very satisfied with the job they did. There was always a crew chief that had been at our house, spoke English and was very pleasant.
Last weekend, there was a death in the Kulas family. Several of the maid staff attended the services. The crew that came to our house had never been there before; they had notes and I had to tell them where to start. I stayed in the basement with our dog while they cleaned..when they came down I went on the deck. They screamed goodbye when they were done.....I left my usual check and tip for them.

When I came back in, and walked through the foyer, I noticed a picture from the wall was MISSING. It was a 10 x 12 irreplaceable photograph. And, I found chards of glass on the floor. I called immediately and they denied they did anything. My wife left the house at five to nine that morning, and saw the picture was there. The maids came at 9:05..I was no where near the foyer where the picture was.
I received the rudest call from a lady who said she spoke to Mr Kulas and that his maids would never lie or be afraid of getting fired. They said the picture was gone when they got there. We were the liers. OMG..why would I put myself through this Hassel! My wife and I are busy people with responsible jobs.....I have no motivation to make this up. I fired them and told them I would see them in small claims court. Now I need to look for a new cleaning service...ugh. They sent the second string cleaning crew. Kulas should have called and said they had to cancel our cleaning due to a death in the family. Totally understand! Instead, they sent unexperienced maids that lied. We checked the garbage and did not see a thing - they took the evidence with them (they missed the glass chards). With the dishonesty of this company, I would tell everyone out there to be careful and hang around as they clean....better yet, get a new cleaning service.

My girls have done a great job every week for the past 9 years. They're always on time, and pleasant to work with!

I have been usuing Kulas Maids for 10 years. I must say I am very pleased with service. Most of the time they are on time and use green products which I personlly LOVE. Four ladies with limited English, but very nice and can always explain what I need. Quick and Easy, in and out of my house in an hour or an hour and 45 mins.

Kulas Maids is very professional. The staff is pleasant to work with. They are also very thorough. I have recommended Kulas to others and will continue to recommend them.

Marisa, who does the kitchen, is wonderful. sunshine, the crew head is also wonderful. Helena, who does the bathrooms, is good. Sveltana is a new vacuum girl and so far she is great also.

They have always been great. I like them a lot.

Quality of crew is a 5 star experience. It has generally been very good. Exceptional attention to the smallest details.

The girls always do everything I ask them to do. they are courteous and attentive.

Used many services so far,with mixed results,from pretty good to totally unacceptable. Kulas Maids was the last service I had and will be the only one I ever want to use. Arrived on time,had all the needed supplies and did terrific job. The only little problem was a bit difficult communication with the crew as only 2 ladies spoke English fairly decent while the other 2 could not. Otherwise,nothing to complain.

Tried this service because our neighbor uses them regularly, so I've also included their opinions. Based on our 2 visits, I find them timely, reliable, reasonably priced, thorough. Expect a different crew of 4 every visit. Naturally, sometimes your house will be spotless and sanitized, other times just pretty clean. Phone help is prompt and professional.
