I just called to get pricing for cat de-clawing. Since my father has leukemia, this isn't exactly something I can wait on, for fear that the cat might accidentally scratch my father. Although the receptionist sounded polite and professional, she stated that they could not give me pricing over the phone, but instead needed to bring the cat in for a "complimentary visit," which would then include discussing the estimates of the cat de-clawing.



What a load of annoyance. I really don't have time to waste with bringing my loved cat to 5 different animal clinics just to get the price on cat de-clawing. They know this and are taking advantage by forcing us to bring the cat in in order to get a price for the procedure :-/
