Village Plaza Cleaners

I was very happy with this cleaner for many years. However, last year three of my woolen garments came back shrunken (and I must note these garments had already been cleaned more than once by this cleaner). Attempts were made to stretch the garments back but these attempts did not result in any success. I asked for compensation for ruining my clothes. I was told there was no guarantee for results. I was not even refunded the money I paid to have my clothes ruined. I was so disappointed that I, a customer of over 20 years, was not given better consideration. As a result, I will no longer be a patron.
