I was so excited when I heard a new grocery store would be opening here. My excitement however, was short lived after my first trip there.



Prices are extremely high, sale items? Not competitive with Marc's or even close to BJ's. I understand they are a full service grocery store? Does full service mean I get treated rudely? and disrespected? Because that's the treatment I received. Floor staff is less than helpful when asking were an item might be located at. Customer service desk? They need to rename that area. There is NO customer service at all. Unless your idea of Customer Service is some nasty looking blonde lady ignoring you for a few minutes, in hopes you will go away and not bother her.



The cashiers/packers.....I could go on and on. I only bought 1 item, a treat for my dog, it was only $1.00 and I didn't feel like going to another store for a treat for her or giving any more of my hard earned money to these idiots. The cashiers/packers seem to like to have conversations while they are checking you out. Not with you though, amongst themselves. I don't really want to hear how some cashier thinks the packer next to her is, "hot and cute" while I am waiting in line. Come on!! Hire some people with manners already.



The blonde lady behind the customer service desk was a real treat as well.



I will NEVER go there again and have told everyone I know don't even waste your time stepping foot in that place.
