Kitchen Perfect

Very, very slow, complete lack of attention to detail. After receiving a call from John saying the job was done a friend checked the work because we were out of town. It was far from done..at least 10 items completely messed up. One new drawer they made was so crooked it had at least 1 inch from cabinet face to get flush. John says, oh the granite will cover it. Not ok One door had a 1/2 inch gap open on both sides!!! There were scratches and one of the pull outs rubbed against the door and he agreed up front that this was not acceptable, but it happened anyway. Turns out he never inspected the job. Held up the entire remodel project 6 weeks. Claims it was done for 3 weeks but forgot to tell anyone. One piece was missing and I had to get someone else to finish. John threatened to put a lien on the house and after I told him his lien would be defective since he had not finished the work and I would sue him for damages, he stopped. I told him never return and made him sign a release of lien from him and suppliers. Really bad experience with one excuse after another. You will be happy elsewhere.
