        Saved me money, crazy we all pay so much for cable. Met the manager Joe, we was very kind to my wife who is hard or hearing and took his time recapping the price and terms.

        Signed up for AT&T's new bundle with a sales rep Dave that I met at the IX center in Cleveland. Super nice guy and gave me a great deal. I had an issue with a remote so I went to the office in North royalton and they swapped it out.

        Really nice people here!

        I had the displeasure of meeting Tiko (a manager). I let him into my home. Worst decision ever. He made promises and didn't keep them. He sold me a bundle that's not even offered in my area. Now I'm stuck in a contract with direct tv and phone and Internet with time warner. I'm now paying more money. Tiko did nothing to rectify the issue. I also called Elite mobility. No answer. I left a message. No return call. Elite before you send your reps out make sure they know their stuff. U verse is not available everywhere. I will also be reporting this to bbb and any others

        Hello maam, and thankyou for your comments as we constantly strive to better our organziation. While we are very sorry about what happened, we never received a voicemail or calls from you. We can be reached at 888-878-1005, the number yellowpages has on this site is incorrect and they had never inquired about our correct phone number. Our sales representatives run off of an availability of service portal through at&t that can at times be innaccurate. Our sales representatives also can only do sales, once the customer is signed up any and all communication must go directly to at&t corporate due to our contract with them. We do not have the ability of making changes, while we wish we did. My name is Al and if you can call the office I can see what we can do about rectifying this situation for you.
